Simple Mr. ScatterBrain, Becuase I can (It also a social experiment to see how a community reacts to a set of rules that they can not change and if disobey will be punished) I like social experiments.  To be fair, these ideas were in my original pitch, so no one should be surprised. |

I like the weapons restrictions - at least it won't be so obvious i suck so much with sniper, having spamsman and all.  It should be more interesting!  I just don't like the fact that Zombie always spells my nick wrong

That's part of Zombie's experiment anna. He assigned each player a class he/she is weak at, so that it gets interesting. But you can always switch with somone, so...

No he changed that too hence my pulling out. I'm terrible at sniper but I figured I could go sydney sleeper and play as a support sniper and at least contribute but no have to use the huntsman which means I'm going to spend the entire match vaguely flailing hoping that I hit something randomly cause I can't hit shit with the huntsman. To me this isn't fun at all. Zombie wanted to see how we react lesson one if your rules are BS I will fight you on them. I'm not going to waste my time being pissed off and bored when I could be going something fun. |

I tried playing huntsman sniper yestarday after a very long time to practice for the match, an I found out that it's quite fun and I'm quite good at it too

Well, I don't mind playing demoman that much so this could be fun. it's not so much I object to having to play an off class - it's good to stretch yourself i do object to then being told How I have to play that off class - one or the other, I can't hit crap with the huntsman my entire game will be relgated to spamming shots and hoping i hit somethig that to me is not fun. |

As Balls rightly pointed out, Areana and highlander do not work together, so final map has changed. Also, sorry to any of those who think these rules are harsh, or unfun, As i said they are just a test to see how the community would react to them so i know for future events what people want and what people do not want.  See ya tonight if you can stomach the rules

New rules seem kind of interesting, although why the ban on the direct hit? it is the hardest of the launchers to use. And lol at the pyro weapon limitations, and if we're trying to be different its probably best that i'm not playing pyro since those bans pretty much leave either my playstyle or a backburner ambush playstyle, and thats crippled by the lack of the back scratcher.

The Direct hit is banned becuase engies can only use mini sentries balance reasons

cant get that video working but yeah thanks for putting that on zombie was lots of fun, i like mixing up the classes, but to be honest i didnt really notice much of a change with the weapon rules, would suggest only changing one variable at a time |
