When I saw this I got angry  And decided to post ^_^
I grew up watching that stuff! in grade uhhh, 2-3 my mom went to tailand for awhile and brought the movie back before it hit theatres.
Since then iv watched them all, and read all the books.

The books are alot better then the movies, but (most of the time) its awesome to see the characters you read about.
I say most of the time, because sometime they just nearly ruin the entire thing for you... Like the live action Death Note, Or Dragon Ball.

but this is completely off post topic. I think quiditch would be very fun if there was a way to make it work, although I kinda doubt it.

I'm not a random hater, I HAD to study the 1st book, it was part of my english classes when it 1st came out..I still had the best marks but hell if I hated the story.

(I think the main topic is solved anyway ;P)

That makes sense i suppose, you were basically forced to read it, so i can see how you would
not appreciate it as much as someone that read them by choice.

Not to mention that the first book IS pretty bad compared to the rest. And that the series as a whole, while good, follows the same story build-up/elements in just about every. single. book.
