ok i need help with something that i cant seem to figure out myself...sorry im not good with techy stuff like this...

ok so today i was told by howard that i need to make a quakenet thing or somefin like that so when i join irc i am auto voiced so i followed howards instructions but...i got lost half way threw and i got to confused so i gave up on it and ive lost those instructions MrCat and Howard gave me so can somebody please help me out by giving me a step by step or a link or something that can help a simple minded person like me?

punchuation??? im not good with that stuff i always screw up but ill try write in sentences. :) is that a little better?
