Has anyone pre-ordered and received the BETA ?

I am considering but not sure whether it will be what its cracked upto be. Can anyone let me know. Ta :D

I dont really think it will be that popular, I havent heard of it outside their website.

Me! I've been playing NS1 since day 1 and this is going to be a great sequell. I must say it still feels like an early beta. Only a few maps wich can be buggy at times. Also, there are not that many servers yet and same goes for the number of players. This is why I don't play it that much right now. Hopefully it will grow and develop fast :)

The new dynamic environment is a very cool addition. This means area's the Karaa have controll over will turn green and vice versa.

Ofcourse it won't be as popular as TF2, but NS has a quite many loyal players as far as I know...

Do you guys get any server issues?

I either cant find servers (60%)
Crash out within 10 seconds of joining server (39%)
Have a good game with minor glitches etc (1%)

Eh yes, all of them. Sadly.

There are not so many servers, and it will hang up sometimes. Ofcourse this is because it's still beta, an development isn't going as fast as we'd hope. I also think it demands very much from your CPU, making it glitchy and laggy.

Maybe we just need our own SpA server... :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
