Dear Customer,

At the moment we experience some troubles in (part of) our network. This is noticable in packetloss and an unstable network. At this moment we suspect the power-outage currently in Nikhef to be the root-cause of the problems.

We are doing our utmost to solve this issue a.s.a.p.
As soon as we have more information available, we will publish it here.

Dear customer,

due to a large poweroutage in Nikhef, traffic was rerouted. Due to this rerouting, we had some overloaded links. In order to solve that part we had to disable some BGP sessions with other peers. At this moment our network seems to be running stable again for the last 45minutes. We hope to have all links back again asap after Nikhef has restored power.
