Framework is a program that allows you to run... other programs basicly
Net framework 3.5 is the best atm , 4.0 is a update but does not include as much as 3.5 , I recommend 3.5 , search on google you'l find it.

With net framework you can play AlterIw MW2 (free mw2 with dedicated servers).

I need to inform you that the admin forcer thingy is a virus, not just that one , all. I personally made several videou just to see kid rage after they got their system 32 deleted. (the thing that makes the pc work) I wont and can't stop you from downloading it , if you do not believe me I strongly recommend checking every single commend on those darn vids.
