I would go Here if your interested in Guild Wars 2 and want to get into the Beta as there having a limited sign up period.

I for one am very interested in the game especially the questing mechanics and the tug of war style events.

EDIT: If you want to see some gameplay here are the links for the Yogscast and TotalBiscuits play through (depending on who you like more)
