Can anyone help me? i have this external hard drive but it won't auto recognize, if anyone could help me thru Team viewer please let me know
EDIT: i uninstalled it then reinstalled it, it recognizes it and everything, but nothing is on it. i can put stuff in the file, close it and re open it, poof it's gone, wtf

It is USB 3.0... maybe connecting it to a 3.0 socket would help? Im not to sure...
