Post subject:  Major connection issues
After the 1.3.1 update I noticed I can no longer connect to the server via minecraft.exe, I can connect to it by browzer, however it shows signal is at a 1 bar. I have no problem connecting to other servers, and I have no lag problems. When I connect with minecraft.exe it keeps saying polling, and if anything does come up, when I click it, the whole minecraft freezes and I have to use task manager to exit out of it. Browzer is way to laggy at render distance low and graphics at fast, Does anybody have any assitance for me?! I tried redownloading minecraft.exe Deleted my whole .minecraft folder, (Don't ask I clicked force update I'm at 1.3.1) I had noneeeeeeee!!! I mean NONE of these issues with 1.2.5 and I'm rather stressed out since nothing likes to work my way this whole week. Sorry for the complaining and such, it's just frusterating me.

Hmm, after talking to you ingame, and checking the server; It is definitely NOT the server. The server is running fine, with the only lag for me is the distance from the server, which is still not enough to worry about.

You said you get 1 bar on the servers list, that means you are having internet problems. Whether your internet is slow, or if somewhere along the line, the connection is slow.

Mind going to http://www.speedtest.net and posting your results?

Your internet is a bit slow, I wouldn't say contact your provider. One of two things, your internet because of the storm or buggy 1.3 update. It is definitely not the server, and it doesn't seem to be your computer either. So, wait it out, see what happens.

Okay thanks, The thing is, I can connect to alot of other servers fine. And I had no problem with 1.2.5 , thanks for your time.

Bwuhaha, mine's slower :P And I have no problems whatsoever. Maybe it's because I'm so close to the servers... Meh.
