One question though:L
For example tortillas. Changed the wraps to full wheat wraps. Pretty much that was it. I already had many healthy fillings in it like tomatoes and chicken and such. Oh and instead of eating many of them I might have had 1 or 2.
Surely you must see that it was the change in volume, not the change to "whole wheat" flour, that made the difference, right?
I did cut down on volume and that resulted in weight loss. The point I was making with whole wheat was choosing better quality carbs and yah in the end hopefully it all does come out of our bums.
And dude about will power... I did this to test myself. Sure it was hard to stay off the nom nomable pizzas and bugers, but I made sure that the food I did eat tasted fresh and good. For example one of my favorites quinoa sallad:
