Surely you must see that it was the change in volume, not the change to "whole wheat" flour, that made the difference, right?
I did cut down on volume and that resulted in weight loss. The point I was making with whole wheat was choosing better quality carbs and yah in the end hopefully it all does come out of our bums. :ugly:

And dude about will power... I did this to test myself. Sure it was hard to stay off the nom nomable pizzas and bugers, but I made sure that the food I did eat tasted fresh and good. For example one of my favorites quinoa sallad: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCcOubnEsxk I made a few modifications to the recipe on the vid.. Maybe I should post my version on the recipe topic... But yah. You can choose to test yourself and ofcrs it isn't easy, but how often is change easy? :4

No diet,
Just have ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder)
I can eat all i want and never more dan 62 kg
But people keep telling me that after I became 30 this will change
So I will get back to you in 3 years :D

Overall it was literally just the ones like atkins and simply not eating a lot, was pretty good for a few days but ONLY for a few days. It is a lot easier just going swimming or getting on a bike and going somewhere than starving yourself.
