| Post subject: | Ipod syncing |
So pretty much my laptop died and i had to get a new hard drive, which is simple enough, but i lost all my data so all the songs that i had put on my itunes were gone, what i want to know is that if i download a new itunes and put a few songs on there that i don't have on my ipod, would it erase all my songs on my ipod, or just add the songs into my library like usual?. |

You'll have to rip the music on your ipod with a third party program. The same thing happened to me and apple support's phone line told me to do that. http://www.bigasoft.com/ipod-transfer.html ought to do it |
