Looks sick!

Have to give a lot of credit to these guys for keeping the franchise fresh with each release.

Also, will this only be on consoles, or will it be available on the PC?

From what I've learned, it will be originally released on September 17, for Consoles only. There is no word of next gen consoles, nor PC version. Multiplayer will be started up on October 1. For all you Xbox'ers out there, hit me up. I've preordered Special Addition ^_^

 I was about to correct him. Arbo, my friend and I are planning on playing some multiplayer as soon as it starts up, maybe have a tennis tournament... We'll have to see how it works. If you wanna join in or let us join your crew (however big it is) when it comes time let me know.

Change of plans, my family ordered it for my birthday unknown to me(They're so kind aren't they? :ugly:).

I'll be playing with anyone on the PS3 once we get it by mail on Tuesday!

Are any of you still alive? Or have been hypnotized by the game? Sadly I have to wait until Friday to pick up my copy.

Did someone say GTA V?!?!?!

I bought this beautiful piece of paradise yesterday and I've more or less been playing it non-stop since then. Why?

The storyline is captivating and constantly coming up with new ways to both entertain and surprise you, you wouldn't believe the unique cliffhangers and red herrings that are being thrown out by this monster of a game.

I'm loving it beyond measure, the graphics are orgasmic and the gameplay mechanics are new, refreshing and yet wonderfully familiar. Everything about this game screams "worth the money" - the $285M expenditure sure as shit payed off, for Rockstar too (1bn in net profit already lol). I know it sounds super hype-ish now but oh my god it's justified.

Oh, and there's a lot of hipster-hatred in there with constant trashing of the sarcastic unconcerned asshole in his early 20s stereotype, providing the righteous comedic relief this somewhat serious saga requires (especially when there's the slaughter of the inbred hillbillies directly afterward). Mixing this with the rather macabre torture level and various psychotic murderous rampages just makes a game that covers all angles. The three characters communicate the key parts of their personalities you really can relate to, with the middle-aged mid-life crisis concerned father/retired professional bank robber next to the cautious rising star of an O.G. combined with a rampaging murderer with anger issues and a dark sense of humour all interacting to create a really authentic environment (well, as authentic as you can get with personalities you've never run into in your life) which just screams "masterpiece".

If you're indecisive about buying it I recommend you go out there and buy it immediately, and if you're not getting it I urge you to reconsider, there is absolutely nothing to regret about GTA V. It puts together all the best bits from the previous games and trims the fat, adding in tonnes of new shit afterward.

tl;dr it's jizzworthy go and get it

I love you. <3

Basically, he summed it up. I'm around 45% complete, and I couldn't enjoy it more. It's action-filled, challenging, and even strategizing all in one! There are so many things you can do with it, and so many more that you couldn't even think of. The map is so large, that exploring it could take hours upon end. Basically, for those Red Dead Redemption players: the underwater world of GTA5 is 1.4x BIGGER than the RDR map. Yeah. I'm right there with Ivan: buy it. Now.
