A little fat MC kid is DDoS'ing our servers again. We've null-routed the traffic and will try to bring it back every now and then. |

So we did some research yesterday and traced back the attack to an IP address behind a VPN provider. Turns out the providers policy is to keep connection logs from all the traffic that traverses their VPN. We've filed an abuse complaint and to my surprise we received a reply that they are looking in to it. |

I hope the DDoS-er was a 12 year old and gets his parents internet shut off or reduced bandwidth I could only imagine the the consequences if that was I and my dad couldn't play his Farmville  I can hope for best, no?
