To be honest Civ 5 isn't half as good without the expansion packs, and most DLC/expansion deals have the original game bundled with it anyway. I don't know anything about Mafia 2. But, hey, free games!

The Civ addons drop in price every-now and then so you maybe able to pick the game and all the addons up for a handful of the currency of your preference though

While sounding utterly pervy, the best thing about mafia 2 was collecting all of the playboy's... before Plastic surgery and the Brazilian made all their models look identical.
