Hello,

My name is Vladimir Rakic and I am from Belgrade, Serbia. I am 17 years old and I've been playing on your Red orchestra 2 servers for the past few weeks and I am currently looking to join a decent community.

Even though I am pretty young, I've actually been doing game development for the past 4 years, well 3 years seriously. I worked on quite a few projects and an fps game that is supposed to be released soon called Network (http://www.indiedb.com/games/networkgame). And my other bigger project I worked on was called Siege of Inaolia although I only worked there for a few months. (http://www.indiedb.com/games/siege-of-inaolia). Also, I guess worth mentioning is that I had my own IOS game development team that functioned for almost a year but it was disbanded due to lack of time and teamwork.

I found about Red Orchestra 2, through the Counter attack contest posted on the UDK forums 2 years ago and I was going to work on a map but my hardware was pretty bad for working on map that was supposed to be pretty big and was supposed to be in game. However since I have upgraded my hardware now I am ready to do some level design in the SDK. I played a bit with Red Orchestra few years ago but I only started around a month ago seriously and to be honest I loved the game since I myself am a huge fan of the World War 2 history and I know quite a bit about it. So I guess World War 2 plus a realistic team fps game with an SDK which is pretty much the same as UDK (the engine I am best with) is a perfect combination for me.

Also worth mentioning is that I have a Youtube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/Doronsmovies) and I spend quite a bit of time on it and I hope that one day I could go full time on it. I mainly do World of Warcraft lore there and Warcraft related videos.

Also my in game nickname is "Thazzrill"

Anyways I hope that was a decent enough introduction and I am looking forward to being in this community as I have enjoyed the servers so far.

And yay for your WW2 interest. I have a high interest in that as well, have read countless books about it!

I mostly do level design, level planning,boxing out the level, mesh placement, lighting, particles, details etc. But I also do game design from time to time.
