Why would that be good? that just means they will make things Xbox One exclusive, so then we would have to buy a xbox one to have access to everything.
The exclusivity agreement only applies to consoles, PC and Mac are not affected (Even though I don't think it's on Mac). Therefore PC shouldn't have to wait for the updates and DLC (providing there is any). Xbox only gets Call of Duty DLCs early because they're Microsoft's pet. Take Minecraft for an example. They came out with the
Xbox 360 Edition of the game; and the PC,
Pocket Edition, and
Pi Edition versions were not affected. After so long they came out with the
PS3 Edition. They have also planned for other consoles to be added to the list of the
"Console Edition" of the game.
So in short, PC and Console will have the chance to be developed at the same time, providing they want to keep the two updated to the same version.
