Re-updated. Removed held's java stuff, rewrote it in Python instead.  If somebody has got wrong flag now then go complain to http://software77.net/geo-ip/

That's called testing on production servers. I am sure that saintk and 9mm and Olive and ... everybody could give you a speech about how bad idea it is
