My thoughts exactly :P

I mean perhaps someone with little computer knowlegde would give such a price for it. But here, i think you should be lucky if you get around 300-400 pounds at MAX for it.(At least, thats what i would advice if anyone way buying). The problem is that hardware just gets old so quickly, it loses ALOT of value every week.

ah, didn't see you put the speaker set between it. Well, always keep in mind it's a 2nd hand computer and that the creative speaker sets aren't that big of a deal :P I'm an audio junk :P
But the rest really ain't worth more then 200 pounds and you should be lucky if you find someone for that who'll pay that.
I just sold my amd 4200+, geforce 7900gt with asus mobo and 2 gig of mem for 400 euros, the whole computer, no keyboard, mouse or monitor. But the lot together, mouse , keyboard and monitor ain't worth much either 2 be honnest. You live in the uk? Cuz maybe then you can fix something with mute, ask him.

Well, if we were gonna sell it all through the shop, with 3month guarantee as a reconditioned system, we'd probably ask around £450 - That'd be with a legit XP license/sticker though...

As a straight to customer deal, £350 to someone you know or £400 in advert, maybe £450 ono ?
We sell a fair amount of 2nd hand systems and the problem is that you get an awful lot of new PC for £600 nowadays...

The speakers, tbh, you should sell them seperately for around £100-120 (if the model is still £200 new) and just put a cheap pair of desktop speakers with it.

£400 for the system without speakers is do-able, and then the seperate money for the speakers: that way you get the most back...

400? i think you'll have somebody up the bum if you sell him that for 400 pounds, you can get a new dual core complete computer for 400 euros.
