Why not? Because this would render the spapoints setnextmap useless.

You can controle the cycle by spending your earned spapoints :)

Also with map votes on servers you normally have groups of people voting for the same thing every time and spamming "VOTE <MAP HERE>!!!!!!!!!!!"

aye with rtv sometimes maps last 5 minutes as the losing team all vote to change map. Tis no fun for us ass-whuppers.

ow we dont have that it just pops up when the last 3 minutes of a map go in
