Doesn't get out much (379)

I've been trying for a while to convert a png image with some transparent parts to a spray image, used Gimp 2.2 to convert to tga (I'm a total n00b at this stuff). At first it was 192x192 but only I (maybe it's visible to some ppl) could see it when I used it ingame. I then reduced it to 128x128 because someone said it was too big, but it's still not visible for other people. What am I doing wrong?? >_<

Are you trying this at our servers? Because we block custom paint spray's from uploading to our servers, so clients are not recieving your spray

Because they came in lucky. Their spray's are still cached on the servers from the time before the block.

I've disabled the ingame spray's to prevent users from abusing it.

Also i feel spray's don't really fit into TF2, most look ugly, oversized, and sprayed too much.

The others will lose their ability aswell to spray once the servers get a reinstall.

Can't we just upload manually the cool sprays?

Like manually put sprays in cache
