How many of us here have it? I think we should get together with a game sometime. I love the single player campaign but theres one part i'm struggling on:

On the pripyat level, the final part where you have to wait for the helicopter to come pick you up, I can't get to 4000 secconds left before I get my ass kicked, how did any of you do it?

On a side note: I HATE THOSE FUCKING DOGS :o

For those of you who don't know, dogs in call of duty up close are possibly more deadly than a soldier with a rifle, you have to snap there necks in like a split seccond when the button comes up.

Fuck you quicktime events. :evil:

I've completed it several times, on all difficulty levels.

On the map where you have x amount of seconds to reach the foot of the hill, and get into the helicopter, I usually go right through the hedges, after you leave the farm. When you get through the hedge, there will be a small creek going, which you can jump into, and crawl unseen all the way up to the first house. Now just run from house to house. Don't go inside the houses, but rather sneak around them. You have plenty of time to reach the foot of the hill, as long as you don't start clearing all the houses. Also, use your air strikes wisely. Don't waste them on houses, or on soldiers, who are not running towards you.

I had problems with the Pripyat level as well... A good strategy was to hide in the house for bumper-cars or whatever next to the big wheel... From there it is easier to cover the field which the enemies are trying to run over and also the dogs always went through the same way to bite me so it was easier to predict it and cill them in advance

Single player campaign was too short, very intense though!

How is the multiplayer innit? Have not tried since i only got a "backupcopy" of it.. :oops:

I got it, loved it (the single player anyway, i get totally pwned in the mp), completed it on all difficulty levels... except that fucking last mission on veteran, the MILE HIGH CLUB!!! It's fucking impossible on the highest difficulty, has anyone of you actually pulled it off?

I finished it only once on the second difficulty level I think. I would have set it higher but a friend of mine told me it's difficult and I believed him :P In fact it was pretty easy at the level I played it :(

I only play multiplayer sometimes but I'm n00b :mrgreen:

tf2 is by far better! I tell you what: in like some years, when a better war-shooter is out, no one will play it! cod4 is pure hype-game. BUT VALVe games=quality, innovation, fun!!every fucking VALVe game was good :>

Multiplayer is great, if you want massive scale combat when you drive around jets and stuff buy battlefield, but if you want awesome infantry combat call of duty is the way to go.

If you ever feel like playing with me I know some decent none punk buster servers.
