i bought a reserved slot a few days ago (cant remember exact date) i think it was the 27th maybe... it was just b4 my other one ran out... it was for 5 weeks, or whatever the longest one is.... but it doesnt work??

please help me please, saint reckons its an update issue, i dunno what that means, i can just about dress myself in the morning
