Hi folks,
Been playing on SpA (almost) exclusively for the last few weeks (er months - I lose track???) and have had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Lot of great folks, and some real skilful folk I like to gun down/waddle away from quietly.
For some reason one of the SpA folk thought I should put in an application so here we are.
I'm based in Surrey, UK, and have the dubious honour of being even older than Cherry Red and @Suckage (38 *cough*).
I tend to play in the evening (GMT 9+) once I have put my 3 scout wannabees in bed - seriously my house looks like a disputed CP.
Favourite class - heavy.
2nd favourite class - er heavy.
But also have some success as medic (at least I like to think so), and intend to start to play some of the other roles a bit more (bar spy which is too much for my poor heart
)I try to be a team player, but please tell me if it ain't helping in which I will stfu.
Favourite players - communicative ones
Least favourite players - achievement hunters not telling me they are NOT going to uber as I valiantly (stupidly??) charge (crawl??) around the corner to abuse a sentry
Machine - quad core extreme with 8800GTX with fussy USB controller (grr - doesn't recognise keyboard or mouse at the mo - I'm focked)
Upgrade path - er me
Play a little bit of COD4 where I am a grenade magnet, with previous fps luv being planetside. Non-hacked Crysis was also fun for a bit. On-line games have otherwise been non-fps and include m59, EQ, City of Heroes, Vanguard and Tabula Rasa.
