Post subject:  EURO2008 Champions
title says it, which team do you think will win EURO2008?

i think alot of you guys are looking forward to the kickoff this evening (even if your own country will not participate), so feel free to post your thoughts about the championship and the possible winners :25

for me, european championships are way tougher than world cups coz all the "little" countries like costa rica, trinidad & tobago, etc. are not participating and for that you have to be on your top level right from the start to "survive" the group stage.
so, when it comes to semi-finals i think we will see the same teams as 2 years ago in the world cup, France, Germany, Portugal and Italy and, tbh, its almost impossible to say which one of these teams makes its way to the final, but one team has to win :mrgreen:

i'm from germany so i hope we will win it :17 :17 :17 , but i think cristiano ronaldo kicks our ass in the semi-finals :cry:

Though my hometown is one of the host cities, I really couldn't care less... :ugly:

I only know that Sweden and Greece will play here... :D

i hope an underdog like poland or russia will win it.. but most likely it will be a team like germany(ffs) or portugal or maybe even italy(remember they are the world champs).
