well its some sort of dodgeball game I reckon. And I think its called something alike Teenage mutant ninja turtles (II?) The arcade game... (at least I thought I saw shredder and a turtle) oh in this is my next picture presuming I got it right

Perhaps a game for the commodore 64 or first pc's with colors?

I have no idea what your game is, but it does look like the unreal engine.
