Dont know if everyone knows these already... coudnt find them on the forums.
Anyways they are cool

Yeah I've seen them all before. Ignus Solus I feel is superb. I was always interested in TF2 cause I was a fan of Team Fortress Classic years ago. I'd seen a couple of the "Meet The...." promo vids before the game was released and that had pretty much sparked my interest. I have to say though that Ignus Solus was the vid that made me think "I have to get rid of this piece of junk PC and get myself a gaming machine"

So I did :mrgreen:

And I'm glad I did too cause quite frankly, I think TF2 is just the dogs wagglies.

I recognised the second song from the second movie. It was also in the very first Tony Hawk skateboard game for the PSOne. Never played any of the sequels though, my cousin borrowed me the first one and never saw it back.

You know Mint, a lot of people say the Medic is a noob class too.

I really can't say anything though cause the two classes I prefer to play as are Pyro and Medic so......

C'mon - people who whine about some "n00b classes" are usually the ones getting owned by them and having next to no gameplay experience with them.

I mean - each class requires a different skill set and if somebody claims that the Pyro is all about rushing in mindlessly and holding down +attack then he is very much mistaken... That's only what BAD Pyros do...

and well if we follow mister Lim-dul's rule here, that means... someone gets owned by a medic wich I would find pretty embarassing TBH... but who knows! I'm totally into medic and well.... everything but the demoman, just can't seem to get him to work, roookeeets are mucho moro

Hmm when im pryo all i pretty much try to do is
1. focus on guns and get them
2. burn medic in the back and die doing so if i have too
3. if survived then try to axe the flaming heavy (works 1/3 times).

and then i just go do it again i suppose
burning peeps here and there on the way hoping others will finish them off

so..... instead of actually doing some damage to the heavy.... we try to make it look like funny art work by hacking the heavy to pieces with a barbed axe?

Well i dont like the barbed axe, dont have time to change to the axe as they burn, they CHICKEN OUT ON ME! >.<

Well - the Axtinguisher has kinda a different purpose than the normal Axe... The normal axe *might* be useful if you run out of ammo, I guess (never happened to me but it could, especially with the air-blast) the Axtinguisher is exclusively for taking out Heavies. :-D

You won't be able to kill them fast enough with a flamethrower but you will if you just slightly burn them and switch to the Axtinguisher as they're spinning up.

well i run around the heavies, so it's easy fer me... not allways >.<

But if it's sudden death and i got the axtinguisher i'm boned... that's why i dont use it >.<

Try doing that with me as Heavy and you'll be one dead Pyro. Not to mention if the Heavy comes with a Medic... With the Axtinguisher you can actually land enough hits (one is usually enough if you damaged him with the flamethrower as well) while the Heavy is burning AND being healed by a medic that you'll kill him anyway. :-D

You can change loadouts during SD...

You can be even more pr0 and use my loadout switching script:

You know - it has aliases to set up your default loadout which can be DIFFERENT from the loadout on the actual loadout screen (I hope I'm not too confusing ;-).

Basically I have the standard Fireaxe set in the loadout screen BUT the Axtinguisher as the default weapon in my script. Since the sudden death plugin switches you to a certain class without executing class scripts (like pyro.cfg) you end up spawning with a Fireaxe in SD but with an Axtinguisher if you switch classes manually. :-D

I use the same trick with my Medic since the Ubersaw attacks slower than the Bonesaw.
