that is the command....

If you reffering to a key you need to press, this is the ` key. You'll also need to enable the developpers console in your keyboard options.

No, thats not what I mean, there was a command I inserted one time and then every time I started TF2 the console opened automatically.

Edit: You meant right click Team Fortress2 -> Properties -> Set launch options, then insert there -console?

I think it doesnt work. But I believe its the right playce, now I need the right command.

It is both the right place and the right command. =)

No commas or anything, just -console as a launch parameter.

Other useful launch parameters (which I'm using):

-novid - skip the Valve intro video
-nocrashdialog - you don't have to wait for annoying error messages to appear when HL2 crashes (important if you use mat_queue_mode 2 =)
-noforcemacc - an absolute must-have for me since HL1 times, turns of mouse acceleration in WinXP and later, which can't be actually turned off completely
-noforcemparms - the mouse sensitivity you set in Windows doesn't affect the in-game sensitivity (very important if you want to have a portable config that "feels" the same on ANY computer you put it on without fiddling with anything)

-console should be the right command...

You don't understand - even if your mouse drivers or its configuration make you believe that acceleration is turned off, the system actually still alters the mouse settings. =)
