We vote for all the people that WANT to join... Once we vote (internally), we invite people to Trial, and if they work out well, we invite them to join. People can't ASK to join and get an answer from us, they ask by posting info about themselves on here. Afterwards, we approach them to let them know that we're considering them [SpA-T] if they want... Simple really
