So I finally had a go at the SpA shop, buying my first reserved slot.

Ingame you can check what you have by using the spa menus, however in the SpA shop you can't.
So my suggestion is, put an inventory list in the SpA shop, showing which items you got, and when they will expire....

Hm? The SpA shop here on the page is saying things like "Expires in 2 weeks 5 days." (at least for spray permit). Isn't it showing anything about your slot?

We're transferring the shop soon to the main website, then it will also have a bit better looks!

Is there already a design for that part?

Nope, currently we're basicly technicly implementing everything on the website, and fit it into this current theme we got. It only gets a place because a feature is finished, we'll have to see how the design later on should excactly look like.

You mean that the current website theme is not 'final', or simply stating that the feature does not yet have the theme?

The website theme will completely be re-done. Also in the current temp. theme the shop still needs to get a place and code-wise 'design'.

Also, we are not using any explicit design on the website. We use the default theme settings provided by the template.

Therefore when we'll create the new template, we wont have much work. Just few html templates, some css and everything will change to match the new style.
