Only you and the people who also have the files.

I don't know if you will be able to use it on spa servers though, because skins are not permitted afaik.

Hmmm... I checked it yesterday and it worked... I don't think the servers are running in sv_pure 1/2 mode... After all we saw some movies recorded by members of our community and if I'm not mistaken they used custom skins...
