I am quite furious at my brother right now, yesterday i came home to find him swearing down the mic at his freinds, i worked out he was on my TF2 and swearing in game, so i logged into the server today and it said i was permanently banned, its annoyed me alot and have now put a lock on my computer

So i am asking nicely if i can have an unban because i still want to play with freinds and everyone on the server

I was on the server when he (or his brother) played. It was a combined decision of McMoist, CherryRed and me with CherryRed pulling the trigger. ^^
Ban lifted BUT if we ever catch you or "your brother" using similar remarks on our servers you can be sure to receive a permanent ban. You are responsible for everything that happens with your Steam Account - that's also the way Valve treats it - hence you should be wary when lending it to other people.

Frankly I don't believe you but if the bans lifted then so be it.

Funny how it was your brother playing yet none of the people who knew you there were saying "Oh that's not him it's his brother"

I know it was you and that excuse is as old as the hills. Don't go shouting racist remarks down the mic at anybody again. You want to pull that crap you can piss off and do it on Xbox Live like all the other 12 year old's.

I don't quite believe him either but when we decided to permban him we also agreed that we can just as well undo/modify it if he appeals on the forums, which he did.

I always treat posting on the forums as a positive sign - even if somebody is guilty he shows at least some hope of betterment that way (unless he was caught cheating). ^^
Also, he has absolutely no excuse should he be caught breaking the rules in future. :-D
