So, who gets your vote if you'd were to choose the next president of the USA?

Post subject:  Re: US elections

ill be honest. obama has great ideas, but he's not realistic. he still thinks america is the greatest country on this planet and we all know that isnt the case anymore. but i dont like mccain at all, and especially his running mate.. what a freak :P so neither of them.

Well, they are both better than Bush but I can't decide which one is better so neither for now.
Also, I pretty much don't give a fuck

I studied this whole thing for a year and I gotta say Barack Obama... mainly because I wanted Mitt Romeny as president... so screw Mccain and his oven chips!

The two people who voted for McCain should be exposed immediately so that we can make fun of them. :-D

I did.

Incidentally, why should we be made fun of? Is nobody allowed to voice their opinion on political matters without being hounded by the "righteous" ones?

I smell communism

I choose neither.. why ? because thats my right.

It does not matter who gets picked the fate of the US is already written.

Id like to see a black president in the white house and maybe then they will paint it black and call it the black house or something......

But to be honest it doesnt matter who sits in the seat its already written and its already decided what is going to happen.

NWO is here and we need to rebel.

McCain is a puppet just like Dubya is.

Is Obama a puppet? Perhaps.

But I have a lot more faith in him than I do McCain. Let's face it, a man of his age, running for Presidency will do anything to reach that position. He is being led by the hand and he will be just as disasterous if not more so. Anybody with a brain in their head could see this.

I won't be voting here though. I'm not an American and quite frankly, I won't let their election's concern me. I'll vote for my own leader.

Republican, because i'm a right wing sod. haha

Obama is a "cool guy", someone described him as a pop star candidate, and i agree! So i would vote for John's wisdom and years of experiance over Obama's youthful optimism!

Saying that though how old is Obama? I guess he just seems youthful, young for a candidate anyway.

I note i am in the signifiant minority here, haha.

Post subject:  Re: US elections

saw somebody say it can't get worse then bush, it can ppl. There were already some freeks telling that if they got admitted they immediately would start ww3 :?
I actually try to evade too much news, that gets me depressed too much, too much negativity and such. I rather read what I wanna read, the media is not a good supplyer of the news I want to read. Ppl always say they try to be as objective as they can be, but I see a pattern of propagande BS that they tend to throw at us. For instance, why is somebodies ethnicity mentioned if a car gets stolen, but not if it's an inlander? While most of the foreign ethnicity who get mentioned are born in the same country as the readers of that news.
So I haven't followed much of the news from america either. I saw with bush that even half his country didn't agree with him. What can I do about it? But it really makes me mad that some idiot 6000 miles away can start a war for not the right reasons (as if there are good reasons to start a war)where good ppl will die in. What the hell do you think bush does in Iraq? He doesn't have anything to do there, and he sure ain't there for the right reasons or the greater good , to help the iraqees. Or free the world of Saddam :?
Take a look at new orleans, that's how much he cares about ppl in need... Ppl still live in shit there, without help from mister dictator Bush himself... :? I really don't need such an asshole telling us in Holland what to do with our drug laws and so on.
So if I have to say, I'd go for obama,I see a lot of ppl who think positive things about him, but I'd rather not choose as I know too little of it all. But it can get worse, It always can get worse, no matter how deep you are. It always can get better too though
