yeah you can!  There are interesting pressure points and grabpoints which will ensure you you couldn't do shit. Not that policemen get training in that, but for instance take a look at brazillian jiu jitsu  And 2 old woman? You can stop em with a mouse

lol, pressure points? u know how long it takes 2 fully know all? IMO, just use a tazer..... or just the back of ur gun, just use a colt or a magnum... something heavy, just in case u run out of bullets
