okay so here's the deal, a couple of us cool guys in this community are playing Warhammer, and we'd like to have more friends to join us, so if you got the game or thinking about buying it, you're welcome join us at the Karag Orrud, we've been thinking about starting a guild ...

but throw me a PM or ask me on mumble (which I usually live 24/7) if you're wondering about something

Anyhow I've joined him on that server, and would be cool if other people who got the game or are going to get it will join us there.

Mint and his two buddies are playing, squigherder, black orc, zealot. I'm currently playing magus. So if you don't mind, we would think its awesome if you play one of the melee classes in the game ;).

I really hope we can get more peeps in there so we can perhaps start a Special Attack guild :mrgreen:

And Mint, you ain't on mumble right now you fool!

Its an MMO, so yes monthly payments are required (first month is free)

AFAIK its 13 euro's per month if you do per month payment with 3 month payment being slightly cheaper than paying per month and 6 month being cheaper than paying per 3 months.

13 euro's aint much, one cinema visit and its gone. A quick snack 4 times a month at the snackbar and its gone. Besides the fact that usually when people play an MMO they don't really buy other games, so it saves you money in a other way as well.

For 13 euro's you can play all you want. Lets not turn this thread into a discussion about how paying for games is lame or something.

The Idea behind the topic is that people who are playing it or are going to play it will join the same server, so we aren't all spread out over multiple servers (like already was happening).

so how are travel times in this game.. i know i hated wow for it. how is it in this game?
although i like the feature that you can level while pvp-ing(or RvR-ing in this game :P)

What travel times?

You are basically always fighting/questing and the its not like WoW where you have to run for miles on end etc. Maps are smaller and everything is far more concentrated. Its all about beating the crap out of the other side and not about running a marathon

oh yes.... and domination, there's actually a guild system here which I enjoy quite much, and would want to explore a bit more

oh yeah, and if anyone think they're up for the massive responsability of healing, you'd be more than welcome to make a healer and join us

that is by far not the thruth sadly, in most servers Order got more people, something which is a pain in the ass when it comes to low tier RvR, cause then they'll just overrun us instead of having any skill

Strange... at least I've read that the German servers have much more Destruction players than Order. o_O

Just did a quick check of the server lists over the last few days. Chaos outnumbers order on pretty much 90-95% of the servers at any given time.

the thing is that due to the overpopulation of destruction compared to order, it's much easier to go RvR scenarios as order, but as stated earlier we also got destruction characters on Karag Orrud...

Hey Village, you can play: Bright Wizard, Warrior Priest, Witch Hunter, Ironbreaker, Runepriest, Engineer.. and non of those would be gay high elfs (I totally agree on High elves being gay). We are on Worlds Edge Mountains with the Order characters, mostly because of MINT

On Karag Orrud we got destro characters
