Since somebody found a video of me playing Noitu Love 2 which I recorded like half a year ago I decided to take matters into my own hands this time.

Here's the second part that took me several months (read: 2 hours today ;-) to make:

Yeah, LOL - I was convinced that the no-hit challenges would be quite easy as well - I mean, I had beaten the game with all the characters on all difficulties and stuff. However, it turned out that I didn't factor in the "randomness" of the game - unlike old games there is no pattern to the enemy spawn locations, some types of attack etc. It would have been easy as pie to finish the level after getting hit once or twice but not getting hit at all required not only skill but a good portion of luck as well. =)

I think I'll attempt the third level. Some guy that took up the no-hit challenge already did that but without recording sound or a commentary...

By the way, NabNab - if you read the description of my first video you'll notice that I SWORE to never attempt level 3. ;-)

I know that it CAN be beaten without getting hit because after I started the whole challenge several copycats appeared and managed to get as far as level 5, I think, but level 3 is HELL.

Just to give you a taste what it has - sections where you have to dodge giant blades, an underwater section with annoying jellyfish shooting plasma from beyond your sight, Darns throwing boomerangs (first truly ranged enemies) and most important of all - FOUR boss fights (konjak loves bosses ^^), one of which is against an alternate character that becomes playable later on and hence is truly hard. Phew...
