I know, or i think, cuz I ain't a SpA, that there i a better topic for this.

But, here today, I played, at a SpA server. And one my team, has a ping at 430. But in same team, there was two, over 125.

I can promise you, that it lagged. Is was impossible to play, as a sniper, for when the hell comes up, is lagged so much. And i mean, when your looked to many, not when they where around you. If a pyro, you could't go in a group. In fact. Just when many ranned around, it lagged, and it lag sooo much.

So why the Spa servers don't have a ping filter, to take out, some of the laggers, there destroying the game, for everyone. I think it will be a very good idea. For it wasen't the first time.

we used to have one I think, but I guess there is no good working one out there.. but when I see somebody with a high ping I just tell them to either fix it or don't play

Is see. But so there should be some kind of a "kick vote" type or "warn the admin" type code.

where the ping limit is set to what?

Last time someone was kicked with his ping crossing 150.

The ping kicker also messures loss and choke. Also it messures if your ping is jumpy, it could read as 150 on the score board, but it could be jumping from 150 to 500 for example the whole time.

The limit is set on 250.

150 wasn't on the scoreboard, but told by the ping kicker. Perhaps I missread the 2 as a 1... keep in mind that no such things as '2' exist... only 0 and 1.

No you didn't missread, I saw at least two times some people getting kicked because their ping was higher than 150.

I've had ping up to 400 and like 260 for kinda-long periods of time and I've never been kicked.

Although I once had a ping timeout for no reason (I was playing with no spikes or lag or errors a microsecond earlier)

It has admin immunity, but i don't know based on which flag, so it coud be users with active spapoint items are immune aswell.
