The maintanance last week brought some unexpected issue's. We installed a 64bit version of Debian Lenny on MrBlonde, and apperantly this is giving huge problems on TF2 / L4D (looks like general source engine).

The servers take some 300% (!) more CPU load on the 64bit OS then they take at their 32bit counterpart.

Together with some lads from M4Pw clan (thanks btw!) we did alot of testing, and cannot conclude anything els then that 64bit is being the issue here.

Therefor i'll be going to the datacenter saturday (again) to reinstall MrBlonde (again) with a 32bit version of Debian Lenny.

I was just joking. You know better what's needed or not and believe me your efforts are appreciated by the community...even when the result is laggy servers.
