Ooh - they blocked your account because you attempted to buy L4D more than once? 0_o Well... It doesn't compare to PayPal disabling my account for HALF A FUCKING YEAR because of a broken "routine verification" system but still... Or was the problem caused by PayPal as well? Then welcome to the club! I can't believe how the world's largest online payment provider can use such a shitty system... |

I already explained em i buy alot trough my account, but they just don't seem to be able to set a 'clear' flag on my account. all that silly system can do is flag my account for possible fraud because i buy games  I also just went trough that routine at paypals which tool me a little less then 2 months. Now finally the account is cleared and useable again

I had that problem but with my MBnet system. I got the exact same email you had. they only changer SaintK to my nick. that's it! |

hmpf, i'm not keen on customer service/steam policies. My account got locked for "illegal activities" and to contact support to get it unlocked. I wrote them a flaming email and they just told me my account was hacked, the most obscure password i use and a word nobody even heard of before + no body ever got my log in. unless it was stolen from their end of course... |
