not sure what you are on about, but that's NOT taken from public play but from 6v6 competetive play..

From publics... Bullshit... Almost all of those frags are from ETF2L Season4 and this demo plays in our next opponent team...

Vogy most frag movies will be done in 6v6 competitive play (league/pick ups), ones in publics will just be funny rather than to show skill ;) It's much harder to do the things in the video in 6v6 because the enemy team is organised and the players will be good. The point of a frag movie is to show the best kills/lucky shots since they are for entertainment, if they were just long video's of a game then it would be boring to watch. :mrgreen: This movie is one of the best tf2 ones released.

I prefer frag videos only from league games or pcw's really, the pick ups I have been in are unorganised and a lot of the players suck so doing frag movie shots aren't as hard :|

Thank you for the first "non angry nerd" reply.

I just looked at the names of his victims and didn't see consistent clan tags so I assumed its from a public server.
Of course frag movies are a cut of the best frags but I would prefer shots when the player kills 4+ foes in a row and not just kill, cut, kill, cut, kill, cut and so on.
Just scenes which proove that the guy is good and not just good in cutting luckshots together. I dont doubt the skills of this certain guy because I dont know him and honestly I dont care ;)

It's just my prefrence how fragmovies should be.

Yeah I prefer kill streak ones as well, but I find its better if there are kill streaks mixed together with luck shots for some entertainment in between the longer videos. If I ever make one I will try and make it more kill streaky than airshotty :P

I doubt I will make one though, because everytime I record a demo and get a full team take down or a nice airshot, an update comes out and makes the demo not work. Also I lost about 4 minutes of the one I was going to make due to my cfg file bugging out the avi files :cry:

Well, for example on this movie the music/editing part requires kill, cut, kill, cut, kill, cut to get perfect snyc (the part where the song goes "what have you done now dadadada dadadada dadadada dadadada" and so on for example). Its better this way because the movies gets some variation (ofc movies with airhot, cut, airhost, cut are as boring as 4 kills in a row, cut, 4 kills in a row, cut) and its better than putting a random song with random kills :)

For longer kill streaks the movie from Boneyard featuring DrJustice or appe's Tinnitus is the right ;)

What's so special about the scout video? He stands still while capping the control point, he misses a lot and he uses the scattergun in situations where the pistol would be far more suitable. I don't say, I could do much better, but seriously, this guy hasn't good that much skill.
