That is indeed worrying. Also you seem to have an aqarium with a webcam in it. What do you do with that? Pretending to be a murmaid? Or even worse: Is Crovax in fact a murmaid?! In that scenario it aint that strange that he only got one sandal. I mean, why would a murmaid wanna have two sandals? Huh? Huh?! It´s all there man. Call the cops!

It was included in one issue of PC Gamer UK years ago. Probably the same time when HL2 was released.

I only stuck it there because they were loads of white-tak from the previous tenant and it doesn't seem to want to come off :|
