Will they ever be fixed ? Its been quiet for some time about possible solutions, and 5-15s lag every 6-7 minutes its very annoying

It's because of the problems with the database server. We're working on a solution. As you know we reguairly post about this to update people. So either visit the correct posts or learn to live with it.

So problems with database servers are few months old ? Cause its been like this since late December.

No, we have 2 problems.

1) The regulair freeze's (after 9 months last friday Leaseweb finally admitted the fault is in their network, and i should get an update today on the ETA for fix)
2) Database crash last friday, TF2 server interaction with the MySQL database sometimes causes stalls when the MySQL database becomes unavailible for what ever reason. This is because we're still working very hard on restoring everything (as you can see, most things dont work yet, or are either half broken).

It does from the MySQL stalls (which i think is fixed right now, server 4 is connected again to the database and will serve as test first)

I'm having problems on server 4 too at times, although they are less often than the rest, I also noticed that it's not everyone that gets the freezes at the same time,

some times it's only the norwegian players, some times it's only the dutch players or UK players, etc etc.. so I'm wondering if it has something to do with international lines too?
