It's either database corruption, wrong logged data or TF2 sends incorrect log lines. Choose what ya like.

I'm pretty sure it's this (telefrag ftw)

OR, it might be the explosion that happens when an engineer tells gis building to self destruct, as I've had a mysterious 'kill' message come up (just a skull and crossbone with no texr, just my name on the left and someone from the other team on the right) when I destroy one of my own buildings without knowing there's a spy camping next to it :mrgreen:

I don't think you'll take damage from that.... this has to be tried out

I have been telefragged before, unless its the engi teleporting with his pda out and kills you, I doubt he would get the kill listed as a pda kill. It might just be listed as an environmental kill though.
