Does it cost monthly? :lol: (Im not familar with RTS and think about getting this if its free^^)

It's pretty good (not brilliant in my book, but what is? ;-) and it's free to play - this is neither a MMORPG nor a sucky concept like Hellgate London (that ultimately failed).

Yeah, don't take my word for it - I kinda picked it up and dropped it after a while - didn't even try out multiplayer.

The game it's nice finished the campaign, now playing online ranked matches ( rank 7 Warboss) :mrgreen:

so far, I've seen 2 main kinds of RTS: the mass spam, resource-centric type (e.g, Supreme Commander) and the smaller scale, more tactics focussed type (e.g, Battle for Middle Earth, which I'm lead to believe is itsself like Command an Conquer)

does dawn of war fall into either of those catergories?

Dawn of war you fight over victory points. You get a basic energy and requisition feed, which you can increase by capping requisition nodes or energy nodes. Energy is the more important one imho though. No base building, (small) tactical combat.

No... more smaller scale with no base building and only a handfull of units.
