Plus its always either a country of Ex-Jugoslavia or from the former Soviet Union that wins because they vote for each other instead for the best country :|

Its not eurovisions song contest, its eurovision show contest. The most acts that won that "contest" werent the best singers by far, they had the best show, with sexy dancers, many fireworks, etc.
If I'm remembering right the last who won it was Russlana or something, the shortest possible leatherskirt and top, plus fireworks, plus intense dancing = win.
This is not about singing, this is who has the biggest show.
