first of all I would like to say THANK YOU. SpecialAttack Servers rock and the ppl that play on it. Servers are well maintained and I like the status quo of public team play skill that I found nowhere else so far. Due to that reason I almost exclusively played SpecialAttack during the last weeks.
Soooo ... I am from Germany (Cologne), been playing FPS for many many years (yes I am old) starting with DOOM1 when it came out. I played a little QuakeWorld the mother of Fortress Mods, a lot Q3F and WFUT (Weapons Factory UT). Honestly I did like Weapons Factory better due to the split of the Demoman into two classes one offensive and one defensive but anyway I am distracted from my introduction
Before TF2 came out our community (as well as me) was deeply involved into U2XMP a kind of fortress Mod with vehicles and only 3 classes for Unreal2*. From there on and due to the aging members all in the thirties activities decreased but some are still online (like me) but playing different games like Ravenshield, CS:S or TF2.Classes I like to play are mostly support ... so Medic and Engineer or classes that need a portion of sneakyness (coming from behind) like Spy or Pyro. I will almost never play Soldier, Scout or Sniper because they start with an S. No honestly it has been the same for other Fortress Mods I played in the past. Heavy is OK when you get sufficient support from a Medic. I choose Demoman occasionally when the map/game requires it. However I like to play the Demoman in a more defensive (sneaky) style instead of going offense.

* For those who are interested: Imagine the following classes: Engineer (Engineer), Gunner (combination of TF2s Heavy, Demoman and Soldier), Scout (combination of TF2s Scout, Medic and Sniper)
