Why would you need bots? CS maybe but in a team oriented game like tf2 bots are useless :|

It would be nice in airshot practice to have bots which can turn in the air after a rocket jump... I wish someone would just get on with making a bot to do that :|

I don't understand. Bots that do what? What use is there if they're pointing at you or not.

It is harder to hit someone who is not coming straight at you?

Soldiers in 6v6 don't just do straight jumps (normally), they curve the jumps so it's harder to predict where to shoot. If you ever play bball against some people who are good at bball, you will see what I mean :3

Err..I might just be doing mine wrong(not that it would come as a shock to anyone) but aren't you supposed to use crouch and point in some direction, usually down, do make it curve? What understood from your post is that you want them to point at you but..yeah, nvm, got it now.

I believe the keyword is "strafe", yes. :ugly:

More than often, my attempted rocket jumps just give me a disadvantage due to extreme loss of HP.

You know I mean curving sideways? :3 You can (normally) predict where they will be to hit them with a rocket if you only have to think about it vertically, but its much harder when you have to predict it horizontally and vertically, it becomes more reliant on reactions than prediction.

Also m3n, it's not exactly strafing, it's not like strafing on the ground in a rocket jump :ugly:

I was thinking air strafing like on surf maps.

Still strafing.

Well with this kind of movement you use your forward motion and turn to direct it, that isn't strafing ;)
