Autobalance. It is something that always happen to me at the worst moments. Many times i have got autobalanced as engi with sentry dispenser teleporter up and working...and one time igot balanced first to the other team and then back to my old team( and i was like "WTF") So i think that a enig with a building up shouldnt get tranferred to the other team. i would appreciate if somebody could fix that, because it is so freaking annoying!! :|

Ask VALVe, they are to blame for that.

Hello,

Been frequenting the 2 SPA servers quite a bit for the past 4 weeks and have been slightly annoyed with the autobalance mechanics.
Is this mainly due to Valve, or is SPA running something else?

I totally agree that autobalance is necessary but why it autobalances someone high up in scores, and having played on that team for a long period of time (as in, not the last to join) is beyond me.

Another thing which I hope someone could clarify is the class limitations. Whenever I try to go scout for example, it won't let me, if there are 3 scouts currently. However, when I do play scout (and the highest scoring scout for that team), it'll force me to another class upon death. Is this a mechanic to force 3 scouts down to 2? Or is it a SPA privilege that allows SPA members to go whatever class they desire, and then forces a non-SPA member into another class?

Hi,

We do not run any auto balance plugins. sometimes a admin can balance you but it notifies about that in the chat.

For the classlimiter, we're looking into it.

I hate it when I'm the top player on my team at the final of a round, and the autobalancer picks me :cry:

It normally picks the first person to die after the auto-balancer has kicked in to switch to the other team.

tbh , every game has its ups and downs , im not always impresses that ive been switched but its not that big a deal , ive learnt to only swear a little bit :D

Autobalance is random and should stay random. Sure, it can be irritating if a good player is switched, but then he has a chance to make a difference.

the class immunity thinge is not working for me :( and it even had (a day after i bought it) kicked me out of engineer :evil:
