Sorry for my bad english, translated this in 5 mins, during my workday.

But here it goes

Hello (good day)

My mail concerns your new game BF2142 and that advertising program which is included in it.

I’m 24 years old man, from capital region and I play relatively much on-line. I have been waiting for you to publish this game, so that I could purchase it. After reading that it includes IGA, I had to reconsider my decision of buying this game. One thing that bothers me is that when I buy this expensive game, which I really want to play, I have to suffer from this advertising pollution? It’s almost the same thing that when I buy a car and company that produced it would gather information about where I drive and send ads to me while I’m driving.

And then there are these articles in which people are wondering whether IGA is or isn’t “spyware”. Article in Gamasutra has this phrase in it:"IGA does not capture
Any personally identifiable information", I just wonder what IP address is then?
"If gamers still want to have a high amount of good quality titles year in
And year out, there needs to be alternate revenue streams" – Isn’t it possible to produce two different “models” of the game where you’d be able to get that alternate revenue from. Other is version with that data mining ad-spammer and other is without it but little bit more expensive.

I think its unjust that I pay about 50€ of the game, and the company which made it get its hands on advertising income, when I play the game on my own free time and with internet connection which I pay.

There has always been so called “sponsored” games with In Game Ads in them, but those games have always been FREE.

So my question is, that where can I get my free copy of this “sponsored” game?

- Most companies tend to care about a lot of other things then complaints, unless they're getting LOTS of 'em ..

So, perhaps we should SPAM the f00kers ? :D Where's Hammeh when we actually need him ? :twisted:

Dont worry, I'll send it again if dont get reply. After second time ill call them (finnish service number) if that doesnt workm I'll have to call to european service, etc...

they dont care about any game
all they care about is money and money and money
ppl just buy their games

FIFA 2002 ...2003 ...2004.....2005....2006

and all they did was NEW TEAMS NEW TEAMS NEW TEAMS

i could already tell
that C&C 3 is going to be UBER 1337 CRAP
the only good thing is that old westwood made it
i have seen some preview beta like unleashed movies
and it greatly reminds me of dune 2000 and emperor battle for dune

so yea dune has always been better then C&C so maby that is the only good thing rest is just MONEH! TO TEH EA

tho i might be wrong ofcourse ;p (hope frank klepaki made the music again he's still 13310)

my hatred towards EA games is grade 10++++
couse they 'bought' every single good game creating company

exept for blizzard who was forced to make WoW p2p in order to survive

Thank you for contacting our technical support. We are sorry that our e-mail service has been growded nad replying took so long. IGA program has been integrated to the game so you cant install the game without IGA and there is no other versions available. It (IGA) doesnt record any other data but nationality of the player (from ip address). You can find additional information of IGA from here:

That reply is bullshit, they didnt answer to my questions and they didnt send me any free game.

So I just have to keep spamming their mail, until I get that free game.

Westwood - grade 9 (tbfh, before EA they wus pwnage)
EA - grade 4 (just coz of bf1942 and sum other games)
