We found a problem in our reward script. Not sure yet whats causing it, we're working on it. We'll revert the database back to before the first points were removed once we have located and fixed the problem.

We have most likely found the issue to the problem. Psychostats was pruning data older then 310 days, which means anyone playing since the launch of Psychostats on our servers was now losing playtime. As SpA points are calculated vs playtime, you lose points.

We've now set psychostats to remember its data for some 9 years, which we figured should be sufficiant.

We'll do a rollback on the SpA points database, meaning your balance will be restored to what it was on the 3rd of this month. Playtime between the 3rd and now is unfortunatly lost.

We have restored the points back to the 3rd. Anyone who has bought a feature in between will have to rebuy the feature -sorry.

bought a slot few days ago.. smth get fucked, no more rezerved slot but I get my points back +- some of them :P, bought again now

Only the techteam does (and some of our donators) - due to a recent policy change.

Yea well, looks like it did ... I even check my SpA shop to make sure I won't say something stupid, and because I've recently joined full servers and there is no slot bought I assumed it's still the same :D
